Equipment needed:  All equipment and uniforms are provided by the program.  Players are required to provide their own cleats and gloves (optional). 

All Essex Chargers coaches are USA Football certified and have been educated in the Heads Up football program. Our coaches stress teaching the fundamentals with minimal contact during practice time. We care a lot about each and every player and strive to make ALL players part of the Charger family regardless of ability.
